Hello,
I try to monitor Webmal
https://mail.mayside.de with HTTPS Port 443


When I stop the HTTPS WEB Page from my Mailserver, it is not reachable - for testing = ok
But the result in NetXMS monitoring is << ERROR >>

I thougt that a value of 2 means cannot connect to server, but I did not get 2, i got << ERROR >> for all my tests

Metric I tested:
ServiceCheck.HTTPS(8x.xxx.xx.1x,443,/webmail/login/,mail.mydomain.de,"text")
NetworkService.Status(tcp://8x.xxx.xx.1x:443)

Hello,
i want to watch a service called FileWaveWinClient.
The Alarm works fine, but the Server action does not work.

In agent´s config file I added this line:
ActionShellExec = StartFileWaveService:"C:\Windows\system32\net.exe" start FileWaveWinClient

I tried also:
ActionShellExec = StartFileWaveService:net start FileWaveWinClient

In Actions Configuration I added
Name: Start_FileWaveWinClient_Service
Type: Execute command on remote node via agent
Remote host <empty>
Agents´s action: StartFileWaveService
(See attachment "Action Configuration.png")

I create a Event Processing Policy
Events: ... Process not running
Alarm - this configuration works fine. The Alarm is working
Server Actions: Start_FileWaveWinClient_Service - does not work
(See attachment "Event Processing Policy.png")

The Alarm works fine, but the Server action does not work.

Hello,

i tried to import AOS-8.5-MIB.txt
copy of file AOS-8.5-MIB.txt to /usr/share/netxms/mibs
run command:
# nxmibc -d /usr/share/netxms/mibs -o /usr/share/netxms/mibs/netxms.mib
at the end there is no error but in MIB Explorer I cannot find any xirrus entry under enterprise
OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.21013.

Hello and thank you for the very much to have NetXMS.

I have a strange problem.
I watch my LENOVO Servers X3650 by SNMP
All the same servers, about 10, only some did not work fine.
Normaly all my Values are "green" and ok and all the communication with my servers is ok.
But sometimes (regulary) I get the message, that "SNMP requests changed to UNSUPPORTED" and all my Values get red!
Then it appears like the server has a failure.
And after a while all is working fine.
I am connected to my servers by VPN, but most os the work fine withoit these problem.
I have 2 servers in the same network as NetXMS Server and both have the described problem.

When I poll status, every thing is ok an returns for axample "Interface status retrieved from SNMP agent"
When I poll configuration the answer is ok "SNMP agent is active (version 3)"

I want do delete 2 (old) Template Groups.
After reboot, the 2 groups are still available.
How can I delete theses groups permanent?

I have a new problem and I think the reason is the same like above:
When I create a new node, the new node will work fine until I reboot the NetXMS Server.
After reboot the new created node is deletet.

Hello,
when I do some changes or remove nodes from Templates, after reboot all changes are lost.
For example
(1)
I have a Template called Windows (old). This is an old template with an Automatic Apply Rules.
I delete all nodes from this template and disable the Automatic Apply Rule.
After reboot the Automatic Apply Rule for this Template is enabled and all nodes will be added.

(2)
I made changes in Data Collection Configuration. All works fine until reboot.
Alle changes which I made are back to old.

Is there a way to disable the (push) notifications in NetXMS Management Console.
I Think, that I get to many of theses messages and I can not stop it.
The messages appear at the right down corner of the screen.

I cannot start a MIB walk. Any node will result with:

'Walk MIB tree' has encountered a problem.
Cannot do SNMB MIB tree walk: Access denied

Tested with nodes SNMP V2c and SNMP V3 - same problem.

But all SNMP values, which are created in the template Data Collection Configuration will work fine.

I get the disk temperature in string format:
Temperature Disk HDD4 = 40 C/104 F
The value is 40 C/104 F (string)
How can I transform these value for Thresholds to integer? And I only want to get 40 without "C/ 104 F"
For Example warning if temperature is grater then 50 C

I made an update from V 2.0.6 to 2.1-M3
Everything works fine

Today I made the update from 2.1-M3 to 2.1-RC1
I think the server works fine, I can us it with my local Management Installation.

I made the update with WEB Interface on my DEBIAN (nxmc-2.1-RC1.war --> nxmc.war)
The neccessary folder (nxmc) was cerate automaticaly.

I cannot reach the side by http://server:8080/nxmc/ or http://server:8080/nxmc/nxmc/
Message:

I have the Problem to find the Name for the Discovery data, when I try to get the "Average disk queue length of device {instance} for last Minute" = System.IO.DiskQueue({instance}).

Instance Discovery:
   Instance discovery method: Agent List
   List Name: wehre can I get all available Names with a short description who to use
                  Here I am looking for the correct Name of the possible devices to get disk Queue length
   Instance discovery filter script:

Here Is an example which will work for File System and free disk space:
"Percentage of free space on file system {instance}" = FileSystem.FreePerc({instance})

I have installed and converted all MIB files to netxms.mib.
When I open MIB Explorer on a node, only the Numbers (OID), seperated by dot (.) will appear.
I think, that when the netxms.mib file is present, the OID Numbers will be converted to the Name.
For example:
OID .1.3.6.1.2.1.1.7.0 = sonicCurrentCPUUtil.0
OID .1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.6.1 = Inbound traffic on X0 (bytes/sec)

only with the ". Number" it is very difficult to generate a data Collection item

For this example I addes 4 MIB files from DELL (SonicWALL)
I have the same Problem with allready installed MIB files from NetXMS, when I test a HP Procurve Switch

The NetXMS is intalled on DEBIAN GNU/Linux 8 (64Bit)
the netxms.mib file is located at /var/lib/netxms/
(I tested it located in /usr/share/netxms/mibs/ - same Problem)
