Hi Filipp,

The issue is the Netxms Server is behind a firewall and when accessing it externally using the web interface and try and use the below object tool to connect to the Web interface on a monitored node it launches the web browser but tries to connect to https://NetxmsWebRL:35569/ the port no is random (this works when using the full client it only affects the web Interface) the object tool is configured as below
URL: https://${local-address}:${local-port}
with setup TCP tunnel to remote port enabled

Is it possible to change the way the random port no's are generated when connecting to a device using HTTP or HTTPS when using the Web client as this doesn't work when the webserver is behind a firewall with only port 443 open

thanks for the reply that also works for new Alarms but this issue I have is when the event is raised for terminating the alarm it doesn't work and raises the below

Is it possible to set the helpdesk Ref on an alarm via the API? if not what table/column can i update in the dB to set it?

thanks for the assistance that works great for new alarms unfortunately when it runs for a terminating alarm it doesn't return the alarm id

I have found the Variables and they are now passing to the API via the alarm action as below but is there a variable for the Alarm ID as shown in the UI

it would be really useful if you could nest Zones e.g have a Root Zone for a Customer then Child Zones for each site. or create multiple 'Entire Network' at the root level one for each customer.

this would also be very useful for assigning permission
