Hi all,

Im trying to monitor the data rates on a Cisco 2960, Ive added the DCIs for the Inbound and Outbound traffic on the ports however the Values are returning blank.

The icon for the 2960 is also showing a small x which Im assuming has something to do with it? (grab attached)

Appreciate any advice.

New to NetXMS, just wanted to say thank you for the videos. Very well made and give a good foundation to get going.
