Hello,
I have one Linux machine where the NetXMS agent won't work. The new version (1.2.10) is installed succesfully and the agent starts also. See the following:
But when I try to Poll the Configuration withing the Management Console, I get the following:
And here is the Status Poll:
No Firewall is turned on. Both machines 'see' each other (ICMP ping is working fine). The machine is up in the Management Console, but it has only one interface, unknown. On Object Details is says IsAgent = No.
Any help?
