If I am pulling DCI's from 100's devices every minute, is there a way to scatter the collections so I don't have the network traffic for 100's device all at once?  I work in an environment where bursts of traffic can be an issue.

I need a little assistance on how to use nxsl to pull all alarms from a node.  Any help would be appreciated.

I see that you can use the -dashboard option to launch nxmc with a dashboard.  However when it launches it also shows all the open tabs from a previous session.  Is it possible to have it start with only the dashboard you specify (not in fullscreen)?  If there a way to tell nxmc not to start with its previous sessions tabs?

Is it possible to use a DCI value as a parameter for another DCI?

I have an need where I need a DCI value to be passed to another DCI that runs an external parameter.  I know there are macros like $node_primary_ip but how would I pass another DCI's value as a parameter?

Is there a way to add seed nodes to an existing map using NXSL?  Working on dashboards and it would be helpful to have a map as an element that automatically populates with switches that are discovered
