General Support / Error exporting report to PDF

Good morning everyone!
When I try to render a report to PDF, I have the error message "Cannot render report <report_name> (job ID xxxxx-xxx-xxxx-xxxxx-xxx): Input/Output error.

No issue rendering to XLSX instead.
Any idea?

Good morning everyone!
As final work for my degree thesis, I am bringing the report on the implementation and configuration of netXMS in my Company network.

Dear Admins, based on your experience would you be able to evaluate the necessary resources (CPU, RAM, DB disk space) depending on the number of clients to monitor, excluding the space required by Windows logs?
Something like:
from 1 to 100 clients: x CPU, yGB RAM, z GB DB space
from 101 to 500 clients: ...

General Support / LDAP sync error

Good morning everyone!
The LDAP configuration is driving me crazy... please can you help me understand my error?
  • The user srv_netxms is member of a group called "Service Accounts".
  • LDPAS server is properly configured and accessible
  • srv_netxms does not have Admin permission, it is just a regular user
  • LDAPS server is an Active Directory Domain controller
  • same error using LDAP

Good morning.
Anyone can help me understand if there's a way to force netXMS to overwrite logs and saved data after a specific period of time?
Occupied disk space growed up to 100% so easy...

General Support / Cisco Meraki MIB

Good morning everyone.
I've downloaded the original MERAKI-CLOUD-CONTROLLER.MIB file from Cisco website, and imported it into netXMS. However, if I try to poll a Meraki device, netXMS still use the generic driver.
I would to retrieve from the Meraki's devices infos about vLAN, but still not luck...
Any idea?

NetXMS v4.3.2 using web access console v4.3.0.

Good morning!
  • There's a way to set only specific netXMS users to be allowed to use "Take screenshot" option under "User Sessions" object tab?
  • Does this option could be registered to Audit log?
