I like to develop integration between OTRS and Netxms (as JIRA).


Can someone write me some post about how i can start to develop the module?

I have found the c++ code that do the integration between netxms and JIRA and it's not so hard to change for OTRS but i don't know how to compile my code

Devices can be exported by The Dude software.


This https://github.com/name29/TheDudeLinkExporter is my start project that export link from the The Dude database.

This features dont work in network map.

If i click object details on network map the object detail show details of map element and not about node.


(also add on alarm log,alarm detail, event log)

Seem implemented.


Very useful in every object context ( first of all in the object browser )

For other users.


Import device&map should be done with CSV export on The Dude.

If someone like to export also static link between devices, this is my script that parse the The Dude sqlite database :
