Dear Friends,

How to reset recent open tab when user login. one of user cannot access the page after login via web browser, the page only shown processing, it seems he previously opened the service component infrastructure tab and load many nodes, and the page not responding. but he can login via console. how to solve it.

Dear Friends,

i created the container, named A, there are around 20 node under the container A. i set control access at the container, with only 1 user ( not admin user) that can access it. Accidentally, the user has been deleted by admin. now the container A cannot access by admin or other any user. How to show the container again, and how to add admin to access that container.

Hello All,

I have successfully installed the reporting server, in the report navigator window i can see, "Alarm Resolution Time" sample Report. But when i run it as scheduler, the result is not shown in the Results windows.

I use Netxms Version 2.1-M2 under Ubuntu server and also the reporting server in same server use the same version.

in the output directory i can find the .jrprint file

in the log i found this:

When i download the jrprint file locally, i can open it using jasper report
Why the results is not shown in the results window? am i miss some step?
