Hi guys, i have a little question..

It is possible to disable massively the option "Show on performance tab" in all Data Collection Templates? I have enabled it in all my DC Templates and i need to disable all of them at once.

Thanks!

Hi guys, i have two little cuestions about NetXMS

We have running 2 NetXMS servers in two different locations and everything works fine. My question is... is possible to use only one server to monitor the two entire networks?

In case the answer is yes, how can i do it?

The other question is how can i create parent nodes? For example, if we have the following diagram

AP-------(wireless)------ST---[switch]--Node 1
                                                 |---- Node 2
                                                 |---- Node n

If node called "ST" goes down, i dont want to receive one email for every node behind the node "ST". I want only receive one email that says "Node ST is down" and i know that the child nodes are down also. Its posible make this with NetXMS?

Thank for support!

Hi, we are using NetXMS 2.0.8. under Windows Server 2008 R2 and MySQL. I will try to explain my problem to easily understanding

We have some wireless link under monitoring with the next DCI's:

- Wireless Link Signal
- Wireless Link Capacity
- Ethernet Throughtput
- Frecuency
- Ethernet Speed
- ...

For example, if remote unit goes down, the DCI values for wireless link signal and capacity on AP are Invalid/Unsupported (this is normal) but the previously data stored in dB for this DCI are lost.

This problem appears only in a few nodes because other nodes with this problem stores data perfectly in dB

Thanks!

General Support / DCI Data loss

Hi guys, I have a little question about DCI..

NetXMS works well but when a node goes down or get "DCI unsupported" due to an SNMP error, interface status changed, .... we lost all data stored in our dB for this DCI

This is normal? How can i solve this problem?

Thanks!
