Note that the workflow is set up on Jira's end. When i close a ticket or mark it resolved. NetXMS does change the alarm to acknowledged and resolved etc so that side works.

Here asking what is probably an obvious answer.

We have Jira (server) setup working great with NetXMS, we have tickets getting created automatically with node down alarms etc.

We do however face a problem with alarms being created and making a helpdesk ticket, but when a node is back online it can not close the alarm on NetXMS due to it having a helpdesk ticket on it.

Just wanted to know if there is something I have missed or should check so that Jira closes tickets when a node is up?

Looking to automatically create a helpdesk ticket when a new alarm is triggered. What is the best most efficient way to do this?

Jira is integrated already, as well as workflow schemes setup etc. The last thing was mainly just tickets automatically getting made on alarms. I have read through the EPP and action configuration sections of the Administration guide. I have probably missed something somewhere. Just looking for some guidance on what actions need to be put in place and what commands to call.
