.. have backups, have restored the database. Look's nobody else is observing the same issue. Try activate MariaDB logging if you are ending on updating network maps

Hello Filipp,
I forgot to mention, it is MS windows server based installation. For testing have installed a new NetXMS server with sqlite DB and with webui. There is nothing configured, empty. Created the new map, then entered in the map .. and the error message arise. Jetty logs are attached.
The same bahaviour have in production installation NetXMS 4.4.4 + MariaDB + webui. When try open the map, error message appear and map is not displayed.

Hello, have the same question, the same error.

The error ist there in new web gui when display the map.
Failed to register resource: generated/6b33fe9d.png
Cannot tell since is occuring, but it is there in 4.4.4, 4.4.3 and earlier versions. I tried make clean fresh test server installation and there is the same error.

Hello,
I am using Object Filter in Netxms L2 topology maps. The Object Filter code is lost after every Netxms service restart. Only the "Filter objects" checkbox remain checked. Have you the same experience? I am observing this behaviour from some 3.x version, maybe 3.1 upwards.

Netxms server 3.5.90 running on W2019 server, MariaDB.

Hello Viktor, the port names on links are the same, identical.
Need to mention, the discovery radius is the default (3) and the seed nodes have overlapping radius, it mean, the seed nodes are less than 3 hops. When remove the seed nodes and delete the links, the new links are created correctly. So the @JuraSSik is probably directing to right direction ...

Hello can somebody explain why are multiple links generated on my maps? And how prevent them.
I think it come with some of 3.0 or 3.1 version. The version had new feature "consolidate multiple nodes in one". I am using Cisco 3650 with hsrp/vrrp as core switches (and up to this version had for these switches multiple objects automaticaly generated). The rest are Cisco SMB 300, 350. Maps are created L2 with multiple seeds.

Thank you. Martin

Hello Tomas, to be exactly I have a problem with NetObj's "TYPE attribute" when the object is Node.
As mentioned in Documentation, the Node class should inherite all attributes of NetObj class, but the
n->type returns "ERROR: Script finished with error: Error 15 in line XX: Unknown object's attribute"

It happen when the object is node.

The Title of this post should be probably
The type attribute of NetObj cannot be determined when the object is node - Error Unknown object's attribute"

node=10506;

nodeObject=FindObject(node);

// this is a Node
println("FindObject - Class of node object: " . node . " is " . classof(nodeObject));

try {
println("Type of node object: " . nodeObject->type);
} catch {
  println("Query nodeObject->type. This error should not be displayed, since Node should have the TYPE attribute inherited from NetObj");
}
