I have found some the following files missing during compilation using VC++2005. The files are
MSG00001.bin
ack.ico
trap.ico
package.ico
database.ico
nxmc.ico
desktop.ico
Kindly please provide me the above files.Thanks in advance.

MSG00001.bin is a file generated by message compiler from messages.mc, so it should be generated during compilation.
All other missing files will appear in 0.2.23 release. I suggest you to wait a few days for it.
