Hi,

I am using Netxms Version 2.2.16 on Centos 7. I am using email alerts for all my devices in Netxms, I want to know if anyone can help me on setting up Reminders for alerts coming from network devices (For Example when a device is down and down alert is triggered and it is not attended then System should give a reminder to the user after every minutes or hour).

One more Issue I am facing is that I am not getting Down Email alerts for most of devices in netxms.

Thank You
Sushant D.

Hi Victor

Has the bug "delayed action execution" been addressed in 2.2.13

I'm currently using 2.2.12 and my server crashes quite often, it only starts after i manually delete the tasks from the database. will the upgrade solve the issue

Thanks Victor

The code worked!

Could it be possible that the things that can be done with executing nxshell script be done via the management interface, it would be great for people like me who get dizzy when we see all that code, makes me wonder how you programmers can retain all that stuff in your heads. :)

This is you 8) and this is me  :o :-[ :'( when i see codes and scripts

Thanks

General Support / Standby Server DB Replication
January 15, 2019, 06:00:53 AM
Hi

I need a standby netxms server, i also want to ensure the secondary server has a 48 hours old data, i tried using mariadb delayed replication feature, with no success,

I ge the below error when the DB replicates

Last_SQL_Error: Error 'Duplicate entry '26022462' for key 'PRIMARY'' on query. Default database: 'netxms'. Query: 'INSERT INTO event_log (event_id,event_code,event_timestamp,event_source,zone_uin,dci_id,event_severity,event_message,root_event_id,user_tag,raw_data) VALUES (26022462,6,1547457625,166937,0,0,0,'Node status changed to NORMAL',0,'','\n   \"id\": 26022462,\n   \"code\": 6,\n   \"name\": \"SYS_NODE_NORMAL\",\n   \"timestamp\": 1547457625,\n   \"source\": 166937,\n   \"dci\": 0,\n   \"severity\": 0,\n   \"tag\": null,\n   \"message\": \"Node status changed to NORMAL\",\n   \"parameters\": [\n      {\n         \"name\": \"\",\n         \"value\": \"1\"\n      }\n   ]\n')'
  Replicate_Ignore_Server_Ids:

is there something i need to do to get this setup working?

And now i got the error
